I build people who build businesses.

I’m Lawrence Chan, an Independent LifeWave Brand Partner based in Singapore. I’ve spent my career learning one thing properly: how an ordinary person becomes a leader other people want to follow. If you’re serious about building something of your own, that’s the work we’d do together.

The record

Rank in this profession describes how a whole organisation grew, not how well one person sells. Here is mine plainly, and it says nothing about what anybody else would achieve.

  • Founding Member Helped open LifeWave in Singapore and has built here ever since
  • 3-Star Executive Currently the only Brand Partner in Singapore at this rank
  • #4 in the world Top 10 Enrollers worldwide, Brand Partners
  • 160 sponsored personally Within a wider team of 5,700 across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia

Only one of these is checkable without taking my word for it: a Recommended Distributor listing on BusinessForHome.org, public since February 2024.

What I actually do

Most people don’t need another product. They need someone who has already walked it.

Plenty of people can hand you a starter kit and wish you luck. That isn’t mentorship, and it isn’t why anyone succeeds.

What changes outcomes is far less glamorous: knowing who to talk to first, what to say when someone says no, how to run a week so it doesn’t run you, and how to keep going in month four when the novelty has worn off. Those are teachable. I teach them, in person and by example, to a group small enough that I know everyone’s name and situation.

I’m an independent business owner. I’m not corporate staff, I don’t speak for LifeWave, and I don’t recruit for a company — I build a team of my own. That distinction matters, and it’s why this site exists.

Who I’m looking for

I read every enquiry myself, and I reply to all of them.

These are the people I most want to hear from — but if you don’t see yourself here and you’re still curious, write anyway.

01

The professional in transition

You’ve had a real career and you’re thinking about what the next decade looks like — more control over your time, income that isn’t tied to one employer, something you own. You’re not looking to escape work. You’re looking to change who it’s for.

02

The experienced network builder

You already know this profession. You’ve built before, and you know the difference between a good compensation plan and good leadership. You’re evaluating who you’d want in your corner for the next build, not what’s in the box.

03

The one already on the journey

You started, and it stalled. Not for lack of effort, but for lack of a system and someone to check in on you. Sometimes the fix is a fortnight of structure and honest feedback. I’m happy to have that conversation.

How we’d work

No mystery, no pressure, no thirty-minute video before you learn anything.

  1. You get in touch

Message me on WhatsApp, or use the contact page if you’d rather send an email. Either way, tell me a little about what you’re hoping to build if you can — it helps me reply with something useful instead of a generic hello. No payment, no obligation, and nothing is sold to you at this stage.

  2. We talk properly

A real conversation, in person in Singapore or over a video call. I’ll ask about your situation and answer anything you want to ask about mine, including the parts most people leave out. If it isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you so directly.

  3. You see the whole picture before you decide

The company, the products, the compensation plan, the costs, the time it realistically takes, and the official income disclosure. You make the decision with complete information or you don’t make it with me.

  4. If we start, you’re not left alone

A first-ninety-days plan, weekly team training, a group chat that actually gets answered, and me on the other end of it. Support is the entire product I offer. It doesn’t stop after week one.

Before you go further

What I will never promise you.

You will meet people in this profession who promise these things. I’d rather lose you at this paragraph than mislead you into a decision.

  • No income promises. I will never tell you what you’ll earn, show you a commission cheque, or imply a result. Most people who start a business like this earn modestly; some earn nothing. Ask me for the official income disclosure and I’ll send it before you join, not after.
  • No health claims. These are wellness products. Neither I nor anyone on my team will tell you they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor, not to a distributor.
  • No pressure, no deadlines. There is no closing-tonight offer. If a decision needs urgency manufactured around it, it isn’t a good decision.
  • No pretending it’s easy. It’s a real business. It takes consistent hours over years, and it is not for everyone. I’ll say so out loud in our first conversation.

Eight questions to ask before you join any direct selling business

Why I give this away

Because the people who ask hard questions early are exactly the people worth working with, and because anyone who can’t answer them straight shouldn’t be sponsoring anybody. If this guide talks you out of joining me, it has done its job.

There’s no email wall on it. Read it, use it on me, and use it on whoever else is talking to you.

If any of this sounds like you, let’s talk.

One message, then a real conversation. No cost, no obligation, and an honest answer either way.
